Thoughts on Resilience from Asia
What builds your capacity to adapt and become more strong and resilient through the vagaries of life? Let your your practice express and respond to the struggles you are living. As we all maneuver through this strange, difficult time, I am thinking how yoga invites us to adapt to shifts of energy and mood, capacity and inspiration. Over the weekend, on Hesketh Island, I contemplated the resilience of small plants and animals to persist and grow on a thin mantle of soil, to bud and hatch in fierce elements.
We forget that this is our human challenge as much as it is of any living thing, especially those we admire. ~Asia
